Our governance structure

The GG ICR Facility is co-funded by the European Union (EU), together with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires Étrangères (MEAE). It is implemented by GIZ, Expertise France, and SNV. 

The donor organisations form the Steering Committee, which guides and monitors the GG ICR Facility. 

Representatives of the implementing partners oversee the GG ICR Facility at the operational level. Staff of the implementing partners form the Project Management Unit, which is based in Brussels. The Project Management Unit implements and coordinates the interventions and activities of the GG ICR Facility with specialist experts.
