The webinar is targeted at Development Finance Institutions (DFI) in ACP countries on the use of guarantee instruments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It presents the main features of Guarantee Funds and shows the specific characteristics that were proposed in the COVID-19 context by the countries which implemented this type of response. Furthermore, the webinar introduces a methodology for a guarantee fund set up by a state or by a development bank.
