Ada Chidi-Igbokwe (Ph.D) is a Senior Lecturer in the University of Nigeria Nsukka and the Executive Director, Ada Chidi-Igbokwe Consults,  a consultancy and advisory service with primary focus on the provision of high-quality services in different areas of development, governance and anti-corruption.  She holds post graduate certificates in EU Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation both from the College of Europe, Bruges; a post graduate certificate in Corruption Studies from the University of Hong Kong; an MBA in Management and a Ph.D in Theatre Management from the University of Nigeria. She has over 20 years’ experience supporting national and international organisations in the anti-corruption and development sectors.

Lolade Ronke Olutola FMVA®, FIMC, CMC. Lolade is a seasoned financial expert with 15+ years of experience across various sectors. Her expertise spans market dynamics, regulations, and sustainable investment promotion. She is Director General of Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency’s (EKDIPA). Previously, Lolade served as Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency’s (OYSIPA) Director General, contributing significantly to government policies. Lolade holds: University of Ilorin degree, and International Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management (Level 7), Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK. Certifications in FMVA (CFI, Canada), Certified Corporate Treasury Manager (New York Institute of Finance) and Training in Tax Compliance Mastery (Deloitte), Result-Based Management (UN Women), Sustainable Finance (UNITAR). She is a Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria (CMC).

Blessing Ajimoti is a seasoned expert in policy, digital transformation, and private sector development. With a background in digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and public policy, she drives inclusive socio-economic growth. Currently, Blessing serves as Principal Consultant at Public Digital, enhancing public service delivery. Previously, she was a Policy Advisor with GIZ and led business environment reforms for MSME development in Nigeria. Her experience spans: supporting tech startups (Office for ICT Innovation and Entrepreneurship); empowering women-owned startups (She Leads Africa with Oxfam and Venture Capital for Africa); digital skills development (Generation UK with AWS and The Prince’s Trust); and co-creating Nigeria’s Startup Act 2022 (Nigeria Startup Bill Secretariat).

Isaac Yaw Obeng is a trade and development professional, holding a MSc degree in Economics from the Philipps University of Marburg in Germany. He is the Head of Research for CUTS International Ghana, a non-profit think tank working on economic policy Research, advocacy and capacity building promoting trade and development. Isaac has consulted for some organisations like the World Bank, ECOWAS, GIZ, World Economic Forum, SNV Netherlands Development Organisation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sweden among others.

Mrs. Rochelle Whyte is an economist with over a decade of experience in economic policy, strategic planning, and international development. She joined the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ) in January 2011 as an Economist and currently serves as Senior Technical Advisor to the Director General, providing high-level policy and technical guidance across the Institute’s portfolio. Prior to joining the PIOJ, she worked as an International Trade Economist at the Anti-Dumping and Subsidies Commission and lectured part-time at the University of the West Indies, Mona, as an Adjunct Lecturer in International Economic Relations.

Her professional expertise spans economic policy advisory, socioeconomic analysis, macroeconomic monitoring, international trade, development strategy, and results-based management. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Human Resource Development and an M.Sc. in International Economics and International Law, both from the University of the West Indies.






Stellah Nyagah

Gender & Food Systems Expert | Data for Development | BER4WEE Certified Facilitator | Trainer in Gender-Responsive Programming

Stellah is a development professional with over 10 years of experience in gender equality, Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE), food systems, and data-driven programming. She is a skilled trainer and facilitator, recognized for designing and delivering gender-responsive strategies, tools, and programs that promote inclusive growth across sectors.

She has worked with international, national, and grassroots organizations—including KNCCI, LCC, Agriterra, MEDA, Karen Roses, and WRI—providing training, technical assistance, and data expertise to advance gender-responsive implementation. With strong experience in food systems, she has supported initiatives linking gender, agriculture, and markets to build equitable and sustainable outcomes.

As a certified facilitator for the Business Environment Reforms for Women’s Economic Empowerment (BER4WEE) program under the ICR Facility, Stellah also contributes to strengthening policies and regulatory frameworks that expand women’s participation in economic development across Africa.
