Join us for the next DFI Exchange Group: Gender Champions Roundtable Series?

We are inviting gender officers and gender focal points at DFIs to join us for the Gender Champions Roundtable Series taking place in October. The purpose of these online sessions is to exchange with your peers on the following topics: how to prepare and implement a gender assessment, how to communicate inside the banks about the results of a gender assessment and how to sensitise the banks’ staff (including management) around the topic of gender.

What is the Gender Champions Roundtable Series?

The ICR Facility invites you to a 3-part online series (90 mins each) designed for open exchange, practical insights, and lasting connections.

Sessions:

Session 1 (14 October) – Identifying key challenges & setting expectations – Register here.
Session 2 (16 October) – How to set up a process to implement the Gender Action Plans and Gender Assessments – Register here.
Session 3 (21 October) – How to engage with colleagues – Register here.

Expect brief expert inputs, informal discussions and networking, and presentations from DFIs. To get the most out of the series, participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions.

No recordings will be made to foster open dialogue. Key takeaways will be shared after each session.
